The GT101 Billet Aluminium Coolant Cap is a direct replacement for the standard plastic coolant expansion tank cap fitted to the Ford Mustang S550, adding a high-quality machined aluminium finish and subtle GT101 detailing beneath the bonnet.
Designed and manufactured in T6--6082 billet aluminium by our sister company 09Design right here in the UK, each cap is precision CNC-machined before being finished in a durable gloss black anodised coating. Detailed diamond knurling around the body provides both a distinctive appearance and additional grip, while the top face is finished with crisp GT101 branding.
Unlike simple cosmetic covers that fit over the original component, the GT101 coolant cap is a complete replacement cap. It retains the correct internal pressure mechanism required by the Mustang cooling system, combining the appearance and feel of a premium billet component with the functionality of the original cap.
